Czarina × SONDER SITES

Prepared for Nikki Bagadia · August 2026

Your customers love Czarina. Your website is getting in their way.

Half your buyers come back for more. That almost never happens in fashion, and it tells us the brand is not the problem. The store is. This is the plan to fix it before your new marketing turns the traffic up.

The one chart that matters

Where half a million visitors went.

This is your last 12 months, straight from your Shopify analytics. Watch what happens between reaching checkout and finishing it.

people got all the way to your checkout in the last year and left without paying. At your average order of $243, that is an estimated $1.6 million in orders that made it to the till and walked away. Fixing even a fraction of this is worth more than everything else in this document combined.

The upside

Drag the slider. Watch what fixing it is worth.

Same traffic you already get. Same average order. The only thing that changes is the percentage of visitors who buy. Fashion stores typically sit between 1.5% and 2%.

Estimate based on your last 12 months: 501,977 visits and a $243 average order, from your Shopify analytics. Not a promise, a scale. It shows why conversion is the single most valuable number in your business right now, and why it is the only number Snowball cares about.

The audit

What we found inside your store.

We went through your apps, theme, navigation, search, shipping and checkout. Everything below comes from your own admin. Nothing here is guesswork, and every item has a fix waiting in the menu below.

1

Your checkout is where the money leaks.

Only 39% of people who reach checkout finish it. Healthy stores land between 45% and 65%. Afterpay, one of your strongest closing tools, only appears at the very last step. Shoppers deciding whether they can afford a $399 dress never see the instalment option while they are deciding.

Your customer account pages also run on a shopify.com web address instead of czarina.com.au, which looks unfamiliar at the exact moment trust matters most.

From your admin: 10,994 reached checkout, 4,298 completed. Afterpay messaging absent from product pages. Customer accounts domain not connected.
2

Your shipping settings contradict your website.

Your site tells customers shipping is free over $200. Your actual shipping settings make standard shipping free on every order, at any value, in both Australia and New Zealand. One of these is wrong. Either you are quietly giving away shipping you meant to charge for, or you are telling customers under $200 there is a cost that does not exist and losing sales over it.

From your admin: AU and NZ zones both show "Standard Shipping: Free" with no minimum, alongside a separate "Free Shipping $200+" rate.
3

Search works. Browsing does not.

Customers who use your search bar buy at 1.32%, over 50% better than your site average. When people can find the thing, they buy the thing. But most shoppers browse, and browsing is broken: your filters only cover type, size, price and availability. No colour. No print. No length. No fabric. For a brand built on prints, customers cannot filter by print.

Your top search is "riviera" with 185 searches, and 88 of those people clicked on nothing at all. Product recommendations convert at 0.15%, which means they are effectively decorative.

From your admin: Search purchase rate 1.32% vs 0.85% site-wide. 4 filters configured. "riviera": 88 of 185 searches ended with no click.
4

45+ apps, and they are fighting each other.

Your store is carrying six separate analytics and reporting apps, four SEO apps, four discount apps, three email platforms including a legacy Mailchimp, three referral programs, and two order printers. There are also leftover developer apps from a previous agency still installed with access to your store.

Visible app billing is roughly $294 USD a month before usage fees, around $5,000 AUD a year. The bigger cost is speed: every app loads code on your site, and 70% of your traffic is on mobile where every second counts.

From your admin: MIDA Heatmaps $79.90/mo, Kitenzo $75/mo, Accentuate $25/mo, SEO Manager $20/mo, plus seven more paid apps and three usage-fee apps. Duplicates across six categories.
5

25+ navigation menus. Customers see the mess.

Your store contains more than 25 menus, including five different versions of a main menu with names like "Main Menu test" and "Main Menu new". The live navigation stacks three overlapping mega menus, and a clearance link sits permanently in your primary nav, teaching full-price shoppers on a luxury site to wait for markdowns.

From your admin: Main Menu, Main Menu New, Main Menu new, Main Menu test, Megantic Main Menu and New Main Nav all exist simultaneously.
6

The theme needs housekeeping, not replacement.

Your Be Yours theme is a solid choice, but it is running behind the current version, it outputs duplicate technical tags that confuse Google, and several best sellers display a crossed-out $0.00 next to the real price, which reads as broken at the moment of purchase. One featured best seller is sold out entirely, selling nothing from your best homepage real estate.

The good news: this theme can be cleaned, updated and made fast. A full redesign can wait until the marketing engine is paying for it.

From your admin: Theme version 9.2.0 available, not installed. Duplicate canonical tags in theme code. Compare-at $0.00 showing on multiple best sellers.

The menu

Every fix, priced. Tick what you want.

Each item below has a price, a timeframe, and what is involved. Tick the ones you want and a running total follows you down the page. Send us your selection with one tap. Or skip the menu entirely: the Sprint and Snowball options at the bottom cover all of it.

The new way

This is how the world's leading Shopify stores run now. Meet Snowball.

The best stores stopped buying one-off fixes years ago. They run continuous optimisation: a system that watches the store, fixes what breaks, and keeps pushing conversion up every single week. That used to take an in-house team. Snowball is that system, and we are among the first in Australia bringing it to stores like yours.

One number. Your conversion rate. That is all Snowball cares about.
  • Relentless on conversionEvery fix, update and upgrade is aimed at one outcome: more of your visitors buying. We measure it weekly and show you.
  • Your own dashboardSee what Snowball sees. Your conversion rate, what got fixed, what got upgraded, and what is queued next. No mystery, no waiting for a report.
  • Unlimited fixes and updatesPricing bugs, broken links, new banners, seasonal changes, theme and app upgrades. Send it through or let Snowball catch it. It gets done. No quotes, no hourly bills.
  • Built to run with ScaleMatt's team brings the traffic. Snowball makes sure the store converts it. Their campaigns land on a site that keeps getting better, and everyone sees the same numbers.

Your Snowball dashboard, illustrated with the fixes from this plan.
How it works, honestly: safe changes are fixed automatically from a list we agree together. Anything needing judgement comes to you as a recommendation first. Every change is logged and reversible. Larger projects, like a full redesign, are quoted separately so the monthly price never surprises you.

Investment

Three ways to get it done. Same destination.

Pick items from the menu above, take the whole plan as a fixed Sprint, or join Snowball and have all of it included. Whichever way, the revenue-critical fixes go live before your new marketing lands.

Recommended

Snowball

Unlimited fixes and updates, every month. The entire menu above is included, delivered progressively, then your store keeps improving forever.

$1,950 / month + GST · 3 month minimum
  • Everything in the menu is included. All $21,700 worth, no line items
  • Revenue-critical fixes live in the first 30 days, ahead of your marketing push
  • Full three-phase plan completed across the first 60 days
  • Then: unlimited fixes and updates, forever watched, forever improving
  • Your own live dashboard: conversion, fixes, upgrades, what is next
  • Cancel any time after 3 months. No lock-in beyond that

Why we recommend it: stores drift. Apps pile up, menus multiply, bugs creep in. That is how the site got here. Snowball is what stops you needing another audit like this in two years.

The Sprint

The full menu, done for you as a fixed four-week project with a defined end.

$19,500 fixed + GST · save $2,200 on the menu
  • All three phases delivered in four weeks
  • Revenue-critical fixes live in week one
  • Before and after benchmarks on speed and conversion
  • Handover documentation for you and your team
  • Add Snowball afterwards at a reduced care rate of $1,250 a month

Best if you want a defined project. 50% to begin, 50% on completion. Or build your own project from the menu above and send us your selection.

What about a full redesign? You mentioned it, and we agree on the timing: later. A ground-up rebuild of czarina.com.au sits around $45,000 to $60,000 and is worth doing once the marketing engine is profitably scaling. Right now, every dollar works harder fixing the store you have. When the time comes, everything above carries forward.

Next steps

The marketing starts soon. So should this.

1

Pick your path

Snowball, the Sprint, or tick your own menu and send it. If you are torn, a 15 minute call settles it.

2

We start within days

Access is already in place. Revenue-critical fixes go live in the first week either way.

3

Traffic arrives to a store that converts

Every dollar Scale spends on marketing lands on a site built to close.
